Benefit ID Cards
Aetna Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan 
If you participate in the Aetna Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan you will receive an ID card from Aetna. There is also a temporary card in the reference center on the Benefitsolver website.
UnitedHealthcare Medical Card (available after 84 days of employment)
If you elect to participate in an UnitedHealthcare medical plan (except for the UnitedHealthcare MEC plan) you will receive two ID cards. You will receive an United Health Care (UHC) ID card as well as a CVS Caremark Prescription card. If you participate in the MEC plan you will receive one ID card for both medical and prescription benefits.
As a reminder, the first time you use your CVS Caremark Prescription drug benefit any applicable deductibles will apply.
